Cell Phone Usage:

Cell phone use is not permitted within the library. When you enter the library, please program your cell phone to a silent operation mode. Short, quiet cell phone calls may be made in the outer front lobby, in the coat area outside the Rare Book Room, and in the hall between the library and the TLC. Please move extended conversations outside the library. Be considerate of others using the library by observing these designated areas.

Food & Drink:

Drinks with secure lids and small, contained, non-aromatic snacks are permitted. Please use caution and common sense when having snacks and drinks in the library.

Expectations for Quiet and Group study:

The study tables in the book stacks are reserved for quiet study. Small group study or studying with friends should be conducted in the large study areas. Please keep all conversations quiet and controlled. Again, common sense and consideration of others is asked of all library patrons.
