Note:County and City Extra, Special Historical Edition brings together data from the earliest days of our nation through 2010. For more than 20 years, the County and City Extra series has provided annual up-to-date statistical information for every state, county, metropolitan area, and congressional district, as well as all cities with populations of 25,000 or more.
